1. 7-Day Size Exchange Policy

We understand that getting the perfect Kada fit over hand knuckles can sometimes require adjustment. We offer one complimentary size exchange under the following conditions:

The exchange request is initiated within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
The Kada is in unworn, brand-new condition with original tags, certificate card, and velvet box intact.
If the new requested size has a higher silver weight, the price difference for the additional grams will be billed. If lower, the difference is credited.

2. Lifetime Silver Buyback & Upgrade

Because our Kadas are forged from genuine, high-density 925 sterling silver with zero hollow filler, your jewellery retains intrinsic bullion value forever:

• Upgrade to Higher Weight / New Design: You receive 100% of the net silver weight value at prevailing 925 spot market rate credited toward any new Kada purchase.

• Cash Buyback: You receive 100% of the net silver weight value at the prevailing 925 spot market rate (minus a standard 3% assay and refining fee).

*Subject to physical purity validation and laser hallmark verification at our New Delhi workshop.

3. Return & Refund Guidelines

If an item is received with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, you are entitled to a 100% full refund or immediate replacement:

Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video footage.
We arrange a free reverse pickup via our insured logistics partner.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items:Custom bespoke kadas featuring personalized laser engraving (names, mantras, dates) or made-to-order non-standard weights are eligible for lifetime silver buyback, but not standard 7-day change-of-mind return due to their permanent customized nature.
